Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "lv4d" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and gaming service operated at lv4d.cam, including all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator of lv4d.
• "You" or "the Player" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses lv4d in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a Player on lv4d.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by lv4d that are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Games" means all betting markets, casino games, lottery products — including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — live dealer tables, virtual sports, and any other wagering products available on the Platform.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency accepted on lv4d.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and address verification procedures required by international anti-money-laundering standards.
• "Restricted Territories" means any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

Eligibility

Access to and use of lv4d is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lv4d strictly enforces a 21+ policy in line with Indonesian adult-entertainment standards. We employ age-verification controls at registration and during KYC review.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) opening the Account for your own personal use.
• You must not be a resident of any Restricted Territory where applicable law prohibits participation in online gambling services.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an lv4d employee or business partner involved in the operation of the Platform.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion on your Account or any prior Account that was closed by lv4d for breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on lv4d, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions govern the registration process and ongoing account management:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on lv4d. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. lv4d is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated or incorrect registration details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. lv4d will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have shared, disclosed, or failed to secure your password. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Pending withdrawals and any applicable bonus fund conditions will be processed in accordance with these Terms before final closure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

lv4d is committed to maintaining a secure platform and preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, we require all Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or when triggered by our risk-management systems.

4.1 Required Documents

Standard verification requires the following documents, submitted in clear, legible digital form:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing all four corners and all text fields readable, or a valid passport.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your ID document next to your face, taken within 30 days of submission.
• Proof of Address: For Players requesting withdrawals above Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days and showing your residential address.

4.2 Processing Time

We aim to complete KYC reviews within 1 to 24 hours of receiving a complete document set. Incomplete or illegible submissions will be returned with a request for re-submission, which resets the processing timeline.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

lv4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges, freeze Account balances, or close an Account entirely if a Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period or submits fraudulent, altered, or third-party documents. Any funds wagered during a period where verification was pending may be forfeited at lv4d's discretion.

Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lv4d accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and other digital assets as listed in your Account dashbo ard at the time of deposit.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. lv4d reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within 1 to 5 minutes during normal banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations, which varies by blockchain. lv4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system downtime, or network congestion.

5.4 Deposit Restrictions

All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending review.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit using your own registered payment method; and (c) satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. If your original deposit method does not support withdrawals, our support team will assist you in selecting an eligible alternative registered in your name.

6.3 Processing Times

lv4d targets the following withdrawal processing windows:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Within 15 minutes to 3 hours for amounts up to Rp 50.000.000, subject to banking hours and KYC status.
• E-Wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Within 5 to 30 minutes after approval.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT): Within 1 hour of approval, subject to network conditions.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day, or where additional verification is required.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Single-transaction withdrawal limits and daily caps apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. Players at higher VIP tiers benefit from elevated withdrawal limits.

6.5 Withdrawal Refusal

lv4d reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete or unsatisfactory; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse; (c) the Account is under investigation; or (d) the withdrawal would violate any applicable regulatory requirement. In all such cases, lv4d will notify you and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by lv4d are subject to these general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 5x (five times) the bonus amount before withdrawal. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

7.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: sports bets contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 100%; slots contribute 100%; togel bets contribute 100%; certain low-edge table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion. lv4d reserves the right to update game contribution rates with reasonable notice.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

lv4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy requirements with minimal exposure, using multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, and coordinated play across accounts. Where abuse is identified, lv4d reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold associated winnings, and close the Account.

7.5 One Bonus at a Time

Only one active bonus may be held in your Account at any time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.

Betting & Game Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are accepted at lv4d's sole discretion. lv4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without providing a reason, including where: (a) the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; (b) the odds or game outcome was subject to a technical error; or (c) there is evidence of market manipulation or match-fixing.

8.2 Palpable Errors

Where odds or game parameters are published due to a human or technical error (a "palpable error"), lv4d reserves the right to void all bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether they have been settled. Players will be refunded the original stake in such cases.

8.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets include pre-match, in-play, and outright wagering across competitions including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and other markets listed on the Platform. All bets are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the Help section of lv4d.

8.4 Mix Parlay Rules

Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets) are available on selected sports markets. A minimum of 3 legs is required. If one or more legs are voided due to postponement or cancellation, the parlay is recalculated on the remaining active legs, subject to the minimum-leg requirement. 8.5 Togel Rules

Togel lottery draws follow the official result published by the respective pool operator (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, or other markets). lv4d publishes results immediately upon official release. Any discrepancy between lv4d's displayed result and the official pool result will be resolved in favor of the official published result.

8.6 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules governing each game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded result at the time of disconnection.

Responsible Gaming

lv4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusions take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lv4d and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting designed to exploit platform errors, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, reverse-engineer the Platform, or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without express written permission from lv4d.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including proceeds of crime or unauthorized financial transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lv4d staff, agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on lv4d — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data structures, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of lv4d or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any lv4d content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of lv4d's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lv4d, its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Interruptions in service caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials or from unauthorized access to your Account.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party banking institutions, e-wallet providers, or blockchain networks.

Where lv4d is found liable under any legal theory, total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

lv4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described therein. We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data centers, and role-based access controls to protect your data.

Account Suspension & Termination

lv4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We are required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Your Account remains inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months.

In the event of suspension or closure, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding bonus obligations and investigation costs will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

lv4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notification displayed within your Account or sent to your registered email address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
